Executive Producer
Provides the vision and strategic direction for the season, ensuring alignment, integrity, and long-term growth of the organization. This leadership role requires consistent oversight, executive-level planning, and public representation throughout the year.
Core Production & Operations
Operations & Production Coordinator
Oversees venue management, technical production, stage execution, and run-of-show development. This role dedicates extensive planning hours to ensure that every element of the live event is seamless and professionally executed.
Event Day Logistics Coordinator
Leads on-site operations during the event, managing volunteers, backstage flow, VIP coordination, and real-time troubleshooting. This role ensures calm, organized execution on show day.
Contestant Development & Presentation
Contestant Experience Coordinator
Guides contestants from application to crowning through structured onboarding, rehearsal coordination, talent coaching, and performance preparation.
Image, Styling & Presentation Coordinator
Leads etiquette training, personal branding development, wardrobe coordination, and hair and makeup alignment to ensure each contestant presents with confidence and professionalism.
Revenue & Strategic Growth
Revenue & Partnerships Coordinator
Leads sponsorship outreach, fundraising initiatives, and ticket sales strategy. This volunteer role dedicates significant time to building partnerships that sustain the organization financially.
Marketing & Public Relations
Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator
Manages brand messaging, media outreach, social media strategy, and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and audience engagement.
Impact & Legacy
Impact & Titleholder Programming Coordinator
Ensures the crowned titleholder remains active in community engagement and leadership initiatives throughout the year, extending the impact of the platform beyond event night.
